Challenging the order dated 27.07.2017 passed by the second respondent, the present writ petition came to be filed. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the audit objection raised by the authorities dated 15.02.2017, the petitioner has already submitted its reply on 25.02.2017, however, the respondent have not considered the said objection.

3.Heard both sides and perused the records.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to pass appropriate orders by considering the objection filed by the petitioner on 25.02.2017, on merits and as per law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
