O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020, for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 28.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020 on condition to execute sureties within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. He would submit that an inadvertent mistake was committed by the petitioners that instead of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, they have wrongly mentioned the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur. Further the order copy was received only on 24.06.2020. Thereby, the petitioners were unable to furnish sureties within time frame. Hence, he seeks for modification and extension of time.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the satisfaction Court mentioned in para 6 of the order dated 28.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020, shall be read as "Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District, instead of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District and two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

execute sureties from the date of lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall automatically stands cancelled.

4. Further, the condition 6(ii) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court on 28.05.2020 remains unaltered.

5. with the above, both the criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
