(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking directions on the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 6.7.2017 made by the petitioner for incorporation of subjects on animal welfare in the curriculum for school students of Tamil Nadu, if proposed by the first respondent.

2. Mr.Sathish Parasaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly points out that the representation is not addressed to the first respondent. However, the addressee of the representation heads the first respondent.

3. The first respondent may treat the aforesaid representation dated 6.7.2017 as a representation to the first respondent and take a decision thereon in accordance with law.
