Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2020 and to grant pensionary benefits and terminal benefits by taking account of 50% temporary service of the petitioner served in respondent Corporation from 19.01.1987 to 18.07.1996 as per G.O.Ms.No.408 dated 25.08.2009 Finance (Pension) Department and service benefits along with suitable interest to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred the writ petition for the purpose of counting 50% of temporary service for calculating the pensionary benefits, in the light of G.O.Ms.no.408 dated 25.08.2009 Finance (Pension) Department.

2. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they have processed calculation by taking account of 50% temporary service for the purpose of calculating pension.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

5. The respondents are directed to report for compliance on 02.06.2021.
