3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.217 of 2015 and the same was closed on 15.06.2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed and the respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner.
