ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner applications dated 25.10.2023, 01.11.2023, 09.11.2023 and 12.01.2024 and to conduct survey and issue patta in the name of petitioner for his property situated at Villupuram District, Vikkiravandi Taluk, Orathur Village, Nattham Survey No.52/19 (present Naththam Survey No.52/19A) measuring an extent of 00164 sq.mtr.

2. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider his applications dated 25.10.2023, 01.11.2023, 09.11.2023 and 12.01.2024, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 25.10.2023, 01.11.2023, 09.11.2023 and 12.01.2024, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the interested parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
