The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to transfer the M.C.No.23 of 2015 pending consideration on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi to the Jurisdictional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition become infractuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.
