This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner expect by due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant/3rd respondent against the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case, viz., a money dispute, it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police have no role to play in a case of this nature.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the dispute between the parties and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court.
