When it was pointed out that the nature of complaint made by the Petitioner in the representation dated 21.02.2019 arises out of a private dispute between him and the Fifth and Sixth Respondents, which cannot be entertained in a Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 of the Constitution, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
