This petition is filed, praying to call for the records in Crime No.67 of 2004 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When this matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation in Crime No.67 of 2004 has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, which was taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC against the petitioner and others vide C.C.No.118 of 2015.
