This petition is filed to restore the revision in Crl.R.C.No.658 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Court by setting aside the order dated 25.09.2018 in Crl.R.C.No.658 of 2013.

2. This Court, by an order dated 25.09.2018, dismissed the revision for non prosecution, not on merit, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed affidavit in support of this petition and the same has been perused and on being satisfied with the reasons, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this M.P. is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to take the revision on file and list the matter on 26.06.2019 for final disposal.
