ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filling the above Appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the bundle was misplaced they were not able to file an appeal on time. Hence, the delay of 120 days occurred.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and due to lack of communication, the petitioners are unable to follow up the proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
