This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged by the petitioner that her husband is having illicit intimacy with one Mangalakshmi and that he is not taking care of the petitioner and her children. The complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence to register an FIR.
