This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation from the 1st respondent police to CBCID on the ground that the first respondent has not taken any interest in investigating the matter in the manner known to law and even after breach of bail condition, he has not secured the accused persons. However, after few adjournments, it is now reported that all the six accused have been secured and they are in prison and investigation been proceeding expeditiously.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that final report will be filed within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to change of investigation. The first respondent himself can continue the investigation and complete the same within a period of four months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
