2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 04.08.2015 given by this petitioner in CSR No.213 of 2015 and the petitioner's husband was secured and sent back with the petitioner and the CSR has been closed.
