This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint in person and on such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
