The learned Deputy Official Liquidator seeks further time to take paper publication for conducting auction.

The request of the Deputy Official Liquidator is acceded.

2. The Official Liquidator shall take paper publication on 08.09.2019 inviting tenders in one issue of English Daily viz.,'The New Indian Express' and one issue of Tamily daily viz., 'Dinamani'.

The publication shall be effected, calling for tenders to be submitted on or before 20.09.2019 and the auction shall be conducted on 27.09.2019.
