This Contempt case has been filed against the respondent herein, alleging the wilful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 01.12.2021 in W.P.No.8152 of 2021.
2. When the contempt case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Contempt Petition, the respondents have passed order purported to be in compliance with the order of this Court, though the said order is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will take steps separately to assail the order passed by the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondents had complied with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2021 by passing the order dated 12.09.2025.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and since, it is now stated before this Court that the respondents have passed the order, though not to the satisfaction of the petitioner, having regard to the scope of contempt proceedings, this Court is of the view that since, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2021, there is no necessity
for this Court to proceed further with the contempt case. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
