ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.07.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.07.2025.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 14.07.2025 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
