This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.2072 of 2025, in paragraph no.(5)(C). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.2072 of 2025 in paragraph no.(5)(C) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed.
