2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Considering the fact that the Division Bench of this Court of which I was party, by its order dated 17.02.2026 had passed orders permitting Power of Attorney to cross-examine all issues and refusing to interfere with in the interlocutory application filed in the Claim Petition, this Court is of the view that the time sought for as could be extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The learned Arbitrator is requested to expeditiously dispose of the lis within the aforesaid period.
