ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 06.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 22(c), 29(i) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.155 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was found in possession of psychotropic substance totally weighing 609 gms, which exists the commercial quantity. 1101 Nitravit-10 Tablets, which was recovered from the petitioner herein, has been sent for lab test and test report is awaited.

3. Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the petitioner and the pendency of the investigation, this Court is of the view that that release of this petitioner on bail is not conducive for investigation and furthermore, the embargo under Section 37 of NDPS Act stands the in way of this petitioner getting bail.
