ORDER

This petition has been filed to amend as Section 288, 105 of BNS Act and 9(B) 1 (a) of Explosive Act, 1884 instead of 288, 106(2) of BNS Act 286, 304(A) of IPC r/w Section 9 (B) 1 (a) of Explosive Act, 1884 is pending before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7963 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025 in Crime No.41 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and also change the name to Mr. P.M. Jayachandran instead of Mr. N. Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and issue a fresh order copy.
