ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2012 investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 02.03.2012 to the police and since the police did not take any action, he filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.23469 of 2015, which was dismissed by this Court on 27.11.2015. Again for the same relief, this petition has been filed.

4. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.03.2012 it is seen that it is a purely civil dispute and no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR. That apart, for a complaint said to have been given in the year 2012, the petitioner has already approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23469 of 2015, and the same was dismissed as early as on 27.11.2015.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
