ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12368 of 2024 dated 23.05.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition regularly imposed by this Court till 16.03.2025, and thereafter he had not complied with the condition.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12368 of 2024 dated 23.05.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, i.e., on the Wednesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
