J U D G M E N T

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff as well as the learned counsel appearing for the defendants.

2. Plaintiff as well as the defendants are present before this Court. The parties on their own willingness and free volition had entered into a memo of compromise dated 23.11.2015. The respective learned counsel appearing for the parties would pray that the suit in C.S.No.568 of 2011 may be decreed in terms of memo of compromise.

3. The parties are present before this Court. When this Court made an enquiry with them, all of them would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submit that they had understood the terms of the memo of compromise and on their own free will and volition, subscribed their signature.

4. This Court is satisfied with the fact that the memo of compromise has been entered voluntarily. The parties had also understood the terms of the compromise and respective parties as wells as the learned counsel have subscribed their signature and hence, there shall be a judgment and decree in C.S.No.568 of 2011 in terms of the memo of compromise dated 23.11.2015.

The memo of compromise dated 23.11.2015, shall form part of the decree.

5. The respective learned counsel appearing for the parties prays for appropriate direction directing the Registry to return the original documents to them.

6. As and when the applications are filed, the Registry is directed to entertain the same, if the papers are otherwise in order and pass orders as expeditiously as possible for return of documents in accordance with law.
