These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 309 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. It is also observed that the M.C.O.P., has been filed in the year 2014 and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals were filed in the year 2017 and the same was returned for certain compliances and to be represented within 10 days. But, it was not represented within 10 days.

2.Considering the above reasons stated by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the delay of 309 days is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference of this Court.
