ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel, appearing for the respondents, submitted that a sum of Rs.28,800/-, deposited by the petitioner/tenant may be permitted to withdraw by the respondents/landlords. 3.

The learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, has no objection for giving permission to the respondents/landlords to withdraw the amount, deposited by the petitioner. 4.

In view of the same, the respondents/landlords are permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.28,800/-(Rupees Twenty eight thousand eight hundred only), deposited by the petitioner/tenant to

the credit of RCOP No.1 of 2008 on the file of Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif Court, Cheyyar. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
