O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for rectification of the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 2.According to the petitioner, based on his request, the 2nd respondent, by his proceedings dated 30.09.2024, has held that erroneously the property subject matter of the Writ Petition was classified as "Arasu Poramboku Vandi Paadhai". The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the said property. According to the petitioner, till date, the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2024 referred to supra has not been implemented by the 1st respondent by passing a final order.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders based on the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2024. 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass final orders based on the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1strespondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2024 for changing the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition from "Vandi Paadhai" to "patta land", within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
