This petition has been filed to take action on the complaint dated 06.05.2016 lodged by the petitioner with the respondent police in CSR No.194 of 2016 and grant police protection to the petitioner to complete the construction of compound wall in the petitioner's property situate at Old No.155, New No.96, Paiyanoor Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey No.89/1.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he wanted to put up a compound wall around his property, but one Moorthy and Duraisamy are interfering and preventing him from constructing the same. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a complaint, based on which a petition enquiry is pending in CSR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.194 of 2016. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.194 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law.
