ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.04.2015 vide CSR No.241/2015 pending investigation before the W-13, All Women Police Station, Washermenpet.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by registered post and on such receipt, the petitioner is directed to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
