ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.07.2020 and take action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the Government had alloted plots to the persons belonging to economically weaker sections and the allotment itself was made subject to certain conditions. Further case of the petitioner is that the 5th and 6th respondents, who are the son and mother, are violating the conditions stipulated in the allotment order and it is stated that the 5th respondent is putting up a temple in the property without getting any permission and he is also indulging in black magic and threatening the other occupants. The petitioner, therefore, made a representation to respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 7. Since it did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.M.Vinoth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.07.2020 and to take action in accordance with law after issuing notice to respondents 5 to 7. The enquiry shall be completed and final orders shall be passed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all relevant documents and a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
