C O M M O N O R D E R Both the Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the judgments and decrees dated 08.06.2013 passed in E.A.Nos.3410 & 3411 of 2005 in E.P.Nos.117 & 127 of 2005 in A.R.C.Nos.400 & 515/1998 respectively dated 08.06.2013 on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent submitted that the respondent has received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as full and final settlement. There is no due from the petitioners. 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The IX Assistant City Civil Court is directed to close the E.P.Nos.115, 117, 123 and 127 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
