Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, being the defacto complainant in the case prosecuted by the State, moved an application for discharging her. Against which, the order has been challenged before this Court. Being the defacto complainant and victim, she wanted to be impleaded in this matter.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case.

4.Considering the submissions made and the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petitioner, being the defacto complainant in the case prosecuted by the State, this impleading petition is allowed as prayed for.
