Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26252 of 2024, dated 23.10.2024.
