Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of CR.P.C, to call for the records relating to the docket order dated 11.04.2022 passed in C.C.No.8 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Cases, Coimbatore and set aside the order.

O R D E R
The petitioner/Accused 10 has filed this petitioner to set aside the order by the Trial Court dated 11.04.2022 categorising the witnesses and giving dates for examination of the witnesses.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the directions of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.717 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022, the Trial Court had fixed the dates to examine the witnesses and out of 90 witnesses 89 witnesses have already been examined. Only I.O. is yet to be examined.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent concurs the same and submits that the trial be completed within few days. Further directions have been issued to Competent Authority, to explore the possibility of realising the amount from attached property, and to pay the depositors.
4.On finding that already 89 witnesses have been examined in C.C.No.8 of 2019. Hence, this petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
