Respondents Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.08.2015 and give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her agricultural land of total of 43 cents bearing S.Nos.68/6, 68/9 situated at Pudhuper Village, Sriperumbathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and protect the law and order problem in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to give police protection to the petitioner and her agricultural lands, on the ground of trespass by one Bangarammal.

2.The matter relates to a civil dispute. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents and submits that the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent police for completion of enquiry, as regards the prayer made by the petitioner.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 29.04.2017 at 10.30 a.m., for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the first respondent on that day and further proceedings shall go on.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
