This application is filed to extend the time to complete the trial.

2.It is seen from records that this Court by an order dated 05.06.2018 has directed the trial Court to complete the case within a period of six months.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is not yet completed and hence seeks extension of time to complete the trial.

4.In view of the above, three months time from today is extended to complete the trial.
