This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in impugned order dated 17/12/2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to permit petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any company.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to adjudicate the matter 2/4

further. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
