ORDER

It is reported by learned counsel for first respondent/Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board that the petitioner has not been granted any permission for giving Cable TV connection at Ukkadam. In view of the above, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
