This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.J.Bharathi Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint it appears that the petitioner had lent some money to the opposite party and that the opposite party is not returning the money.
4. Since the matter is essentially civil in nature, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
