The petitioner has come with this writ petition to direct the respondents to forthwith release the entire NEET rank list for filling up the remaining vacancies in the petitioner's college for the academic year 2017-2018.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader(Pondicherry) for the respondents fairly submitted that the NEET rank list had already been released on 23.06.2017 and hence nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
