PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, In WP 11226/21: directing respondent 1 to 3 to forbearing from granting / renewing trade license to the 4th respondent in respect of the business run by him in the petition premises bearing shop No.2 Door No.2/2, Panakara Thiruveethian street, Mackey's Garden, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600 006, without the petitioners written Consent / No objection certificate. In WP 11236/2021: directing respondent 1 to 3 to forbear from renewing or granting trade license to the respondents 4, 5 and 6 in respect of the business in the petition premises bearing shop No.3 Door No.2/2, Panakara Thiruveethian street, Mackey's Garden, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600 006, without the petitioners written Consent / No objection certificate and to forthwith re-seal the shop.
