When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner that the impugned order dated 10.07.2020 may not affect the candidature of the petitioner in future elections and if any such grievance arises, the petitioner may be permitted to approach this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
