Heard Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.A.Ravindran, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The delay of 162 days in filing the revision is sought to be condoned in and by way of CMP.

3. There is no serious objection to the delay being condoned, the learned counsel for the respondent also fairly submitted that delay can be condoned. However, in filing the appeal there has been a delay that can be taken care of when the appropriate stage arises and in view of the same, the present application for condonation of delay in filing the revision is ordered.
