COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records in STC. No.832 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai and quash the same.

COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to quash the proceedings in STC.No.83 of 2017 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai. There are ten accused involved in this case. The petitioners are arrayed as A6, A7, A8, A9 and A10.

2. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant on instructions, would submit that he will withdraw the complaint filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai and liberty may be granted to the petitioners to send appropriate representation to the Pollution Control Board for taking action against the respondent for illegal dumping of the waste.

3. Since the defacto complainant himself has come forward before this Court to withdraw the complaint, further adjudication may not be necessary.

4. In view of the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. Further, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
