This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.60 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vikramangalam Police Station, Ariyalur District forthwith. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that his lorry has been lost and for the purpose of getting insurance claim, he requires non-traceable certificate.

3. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in accordance with law and if the lorry is not traceable, they may issue a non-traceable certificate to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
