O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the above Civil Revision Petition praying for early disposal of the case in I.A.No.1544 of 2015 in O.S.No.958 of 2015, pending before the Additional District Munsif, Alandur, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. At the time of admission, the arguments of the learned

counsel for the petitioners are heard in length. Considering the nature of order passed herein, notice to respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners as plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.958 of 2015 for permanent injunction. Along with the suit, the plaintiffs filed an Urgent application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure and the same has been numbered as I.A.No.1544 of 2015, which was called on 04.12.2015 and it was observed by the trial court that there was no representation and call the matter on 06.01.2016. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, in view of such order passed by the trial court to the effect that "no representation", he seeks a direction to the trial court for early disposal of the I.A.No.1544 of 2015 in O.S.No.958 of 2015.

In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court directs the Additional District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the I.A.No.1544 of 2015 in O.S.No.958 of 2015 within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both sides.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
