When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent/Police submitted that after completing investigation, final report has been filed in C.C.No.238 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, for the offences under sections 406 and 506 read with 34 IPC.

In view of the said submission, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
