O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Perambalur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.190 of 2004 within a stipulated period.

2.The petitioner as plaintiff had instituted the suit against the respondents for partition and separate possession. The defendants have filed their written statement.

3.Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defendants are brothers and sisters of the plaintiff and they have been unnecessarily dragging on the proceedings for more than ten years. 4.Considering the facts and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned District Munsif, Perambalur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.190 of 2004, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
